OUR CLASSES

STRENGTH

STRENGTH is designed to help you get stronger over time through strength training. We’ll teach you how to execute movements efficiently to keep you safe and to build muscle over time. This is a low impact session that won’t include running, jumping, or explosive movements. All members are encouraged to take a minimum of two STRENGTH sessions each week. In this session we primarily use barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells, and bands.

Rave Boxing
Our Rave Boxing session is a huge hit and is a conditioning session built around boxing! You don’t need boxing experience for this session, just some hand wraps and gloves, and a ready to go attitude! We’ll turn down the lights, turn on our glow lights and have a blast!
SWEAT
SWEAT is our high intensity interval or fat loss and toning session. Expect this session to feel like a party with an awesome atmosphere and loud music pushing you through every interval. We’ll get your heart rate into a fat burning zone. This session is entirely time based and full of energy!

grind

Grind is combination of strength training and cardio while focusing on muscular endurance. We use everything from battle ropes, bikes, boxes, dumbbells, hammers, kettlebells, rowers, slam balls, sleds, tires….and more! You’ll never take the same session twice!
